Cancellation Policy

On the Studio's part: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes, workshops, or events due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, emergencies). In these cases, credits or refunds will be offered. On the Parent's part: No refunds are given for missed classes. Tutoring and Homeschooling Classes: Although no refunds are given, paid-for classes may be rescheduled if the cancellation is made at least 12 hours in advance. In the event of an emergency (such as illness), rescheduling may be considered if notice is given at least 6 hours before the scheduled class. Camps, Parties, or Events: Cancellations must be requested at least 7 days in advance to receive a partial credit. No refunds will be issued for last-minute cancellations.
