Welcome to More Than Art Studio. By enrolling your child in our classes, camps, or events, or by using our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General Information

More Than Art Studio offers art classes, creative workshops, tutoring, and events for children ages 5 to 12. Our studio is located at:

By registering your child, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian and that you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Enrollment and Classes

Enrollment is subject to class availability.
Classes, workshops, and camps are designed for children ages 5 to 12.
Parents/guardians are responsible for providing accurate information at the time of registration.
Missed classes are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled unless otherwise specified by the studio.

3. Payments

All payments must be made in advance to secure a spot, except for walk-in or Creative Corner sessions.
We accept credit/debit cards, cash, or online payment methods.
Late payments may result in the loss of class placement.
Prices are subject to change but will be communicated in advance.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

By the Studio:

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes, workshops, or events due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, emergencies). Credits or refunds will be offered in such cases.

By Parents:

No refunds are issued for missed classes.
Tutoring and Homeschooling: Although refunds are not available, per-class sessions may be rescheduled if the cancellation is made at least 12 hours in advance. In the case of an emergency (such as illness), rescheduling may still be considered if notice is given at least 6 hours before the scheduled class.
Camps, Parties, or Events: Cancellations must be requested at least 7 days in advance to receive a partial credit. No refunds will be issued for last-minute cancellations.

5. Behavior and Safety

Children must follow basic rules of respect and behavior.
Parents/guardians must drop off and pick up children on time. Late pickups may result in additional fees.
Our staff provides a safe environment, but children remain under the responsibility of their parents/guardians outside scheduled class times.

6. Liability Waiver

By enrolling, parents/guardians acknowledge that art activities may involve materials and tools that could cause stains, minor cuts, or injuries. More Than Art Studio is not responsible for:

Accidental injuries during activities.
Lost or damaged personal belongings.

Parents are encouraged to ensure their child has proper health insurance coverage.

7. Intellectual Property and Media

Children retain ownership of their artwork.
With parental consent, the studio may photograph classes or events and use the images for promotional purposes (social media, website, brochures). No personal information will be shared.

8. Privacy Policy

We collect basic personal information (name, email, phone number) solely for registration and communication purposes. This information will not be sold or shared with third parties.

9. Changes to Terms

More Than Art Studio reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website.
